Dimensions

The screen piece by Fodero suitable for DJ screens with span dimensions of 120x70 cm (27,5” x 47”'') and frame width of 2 cm (0,8"). Thanks to the application of elastic velcros, it is also possible to use the display with slightly bigger and smaller screens (about 5 cm (2" ) difference ).

Every fabric has an elastic velcro sewn to it to enable attaching the material to the back of the DJ booth.

Choosing this product, you buy only set of four textile screens for the dj stand. In the picture you can see the scrims on a black, metal span of the dj stand.

Please note you only buy the textile material screens  itself, without the metal frame.

Before buying, it is necessary to check what size of dj stand you have. It's best to measure the side of your structure using a centimeter.

New! - Elastic velcros!

Thanks to the application of elastic velcros, it is also possible to use the display with slightly bigger and smaller screens (about 5 cm difference). Thanks to this solution, the screens are exceptionally functional and aesthetic, and their installation using our instructions is much easier than in the case of traditional Velcro.

Benefits of elastic Velcro :

- Easy and quick installation;
- Easy to stretch the material in critical points of the metal frame - e.g. at the corners;
- Perfect stretching of the material on the front of the screen;
- No need to iron the material.  

How to put a cover on a screen?

The product has been designed in a way that makes the metal frame of the dj stand visible on the front.

The screen can be attached in many ways. Thanks to our instructions, you will quickly put on the material.

 Please read the instruction before using the materials.

If you stretch the Velcro too much, the screen may seem too big. In case of incorrect installation, remove the screen and reapply according to the instructions below.

 The photo shows an example of stretching the screen seen from the back on a metal frame .

1. The first step is to attach the upper corner of the material to point 1, and then tighten the other upper corner to point 2 without hooking the velcro to the middle of the frame, so that the velcro can stretch loosely.

2. Next we press the velcro to point 3 (marked in the picture in yellow) and gently press it to the remaining places to the frame. When the velcro is properly attached to the upper part of the frame, we can go to next step.

3. Tighten the velcro from point 1 to point 4, and from point 2 to point 5, similarly as in step 1, without hooking the velcro to the middle of the frame, so that it can stretch loosely.

4. After that, the velcro needs to be pressed to the middle of the frame, first in points marked in red, then in points marked in green, creating middle points between the places to which the velcro has already been pressed. The next thing is pessing the velcro halfway the smaller distances, which have been created. Attaching the display to the screen resembles curtain hanging - we start from the edges and follow with the other halves of the curtain length, so that the material is evenly distributed.

5. The last step is to press the display in the middle of the lower frame (point 6 marked in yellow) and attach the display in the same way as in the previous points, in half distances of the already attached points.

Do you need a cover in other dimensions?

For us it's not a problem! We are the manufacturer of our covers and we also make them to measure. If you need a cover in other dimensions, please contact us and we will try to tailor a custom product for you.  

Cleaning the cover.

The fabric from which Fodero covers are made is resistant to dirt and easy to clean. Covers can be machine washed in 40 degrees. Before washing, please make sure that the washing machine does not have any sharp objects inside, which could result in the fraying of the material.

On special request, we can sew Velcro to the screen in such a way that the metal frame is not visible, but hidden under the screen, and the material is fully visible from the front of the screen.
