When will my parcel be shipped?

The shipping dates for parcels are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We do not ship parcels on Mondays and Fridays.

Will the parcel be shipped the next day after order?

Orders are shipped the next shipping day, i.e. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after payment for the order, if the product is immediately available.

For example: if you order products on Tuesday and if they are immediately available, the shipment will be on Wednesday. If you order the product on Thursday, the shipment will be on the following Tuesday.

We send parcels after the payment is credited to our account. If you pay for your order by traditional transfer, we will start preparing the order for you after the payment has been transferred to our bank account. In the case of international transfers, it takes 2-3 business days for the transfer to be credited to our account.

Are all products available immediately?

Most products are available immediately, but sometimes we have to prepare a product for you if we do not have it in stock in the ordered version or color. The time needed to prepare such an order for shipment is from 1 to 3 business days for most products that are currently out of stock.

NOTE: Not all products are immediately available. Products such as covers for catering tables and covers for Industrial trusses are products that are not immediately available. We make them after the customer's order. In this case, the time needed to prepare the order for shipment is 2-5 business days.

Will the products arrive before the weekend and the event?

Knowing the specificity of the event industry, we make every effort to ensure that the ordered products reach you before the weekend, but in the case of foreign orders, delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days depending on the country of delivery. Please let us know when the event at which you want to use our products takes place and we will try to prepare the order for shipment so that it arrives on time.

If I order the products in the morning, will they be shipped the same day?

Products are usually shipped the next day after ordering. 

When will the parcel arrive in my country? 

Delivery time also depends on the zone in which your country is located and what route the parcel from Poland has to take to get to you.

After shipping to a country in zone A, orders will reach you within 2-3 days. In zone: B 2-4 days. In zone C: 4-10 days. Parcels within the EU take the longest to be delivered to Spain, Portugal and Greece. Delivery time may be faster or longer - it all depends on the courier company.

Delivery outside the European Union depends on how long the parcel will be in the tax customs office and we are currently unable to estimate how long it will take.
