We are a producer of stage textiles from Poland. Our mission is to ensure the best possible look of your stage and to match its style with the event surroundings. We put a lot of heart into our work and we want us to create better and better events together looking great.
Where we ship our products?
We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.
We plan to expand shipments to other countries in the near future. If your country is not on the list, please write us an e-mail to shop@fodero.eu and we will contact you.
Shipping costs
You can check current shipping costs on the delivery methods article and in your cart after selecting the delivery country during the first step of ordering. We ship via DHL and FedEx courier.
We need 1-3 business days to prepare your order to shipping at our company. Most products are available immediately. Delivery time is described in detail in the article DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time also depends on the zone in which your country is located and what route the parcel from Poland has to take to get to you.
After shipping to a country in zone A, orders will reach you within 2-3 days. In zone: B 2-4 days. In zone C: 4-10 days. Parcels within the EU take the longest to be delivered to Spain, Portugal and Greece. Delivery time may be faster or longer - it all depends on the courier company.
Delivery outside the European Union depends on how long the parcel will be in the tax customs office. Typically, delivery to the US or UK takes approximately 7 business days, but delivery times may vary.
Tax and customs duties.

If you are not a VIES registered company or you are purchasing privately, VAT will be charged according to the tax in your country.
In the case of an intra-Community purchase, you must provide your VIES number in the second step of the order. Then it will be possible to purchase with 0% VAT.
If you purchase products outside the EU in our store, you buy products at a net price with 0% VAT.
You will need to pay additionally the appropriate fees assessed by your tax office.
Customs fees and tax will be charged by the courier company and tax office when the parcel is shipped. We are unable to calculate this fee, but its approximate cost will be approximately 20-30% of the order. This cost may change independently of us.
Customer service
We speak fluent English and, of course, Polish. Telephone contact is only possible in these languages. If you have any questions, you can write to us in French, Italian, Spanish or German, because we know the basics and we will reply with a little help from google translator.
